How we measure and track our impact

At Community Relief Network, we believe that meaningful change must be measurable. We have developed a rigorous framework for tracking the real-world outcomes of every program, every hamper delivered, and every event hosted.

Our approach combines quantitative data with qualitative feedback, ensuring that we not only count what we do, but understand the difference it makes in people's lives.

Direct Distribution Tracking

Every item delivered is logged and tracked for accountability and planning.

Community Feedback

Regular surveys and conversations help us refine our programs.

Volunteer Engagement

Tracking hours, retention, and volunteer satisfaction to grow our capacity.

Partnerships

Collaborative efforts with local organizations multiply our collective impact.

Our Commitment
Every number represents a neighbour fed, a family supported, and a community strengthened. We measure impact not just in data, but in dignity restored.

Where we make a difference

Each of our five core impact areas addresses a critical need in the Greater Toronto Area. Here is how we are creating change in each.

Food Security

500+ hampers targeted for Year 1

Distributing culturally appropriate, nutritious food hampers to families and individuals experiencing food insecurity across the GTA. Partnering with local grocery stores, food banks, and community donors to source quality items that reflect our diverse communities.

Period Dignity

300+ kits per year

Assembling and distributing feminine hygiene kits to women and girls experiencing period poverty, delivered through shelters, community centres, and schools without stigma.

Senior Wellness

Weekly outreach visits

Home visits, meal deliveries, companionship programs, and event invitations for elderly and isolated residents to combat loneliness and ensure they feel valued.

Community Connection

12+ monthly events

Block parties, seasonal celebrations, shared meals, resource fairs, and wellness check-ins that bring neighbours together and strengthen social bonds across the GTA.

Homelessness Support

Year-round assistance

Direct support through meal distribution, hygiene kits, warm clothing drives, and referral partnerships with local shelters to help those experiencing homelessness.

Growing our impact across the GTA

As we complete our first year of operations, we are already planning for the future. Our vision extends beyond immediate relief to building sustainable, long-term programs that will continue to strengthen micro-communities for years to come.

With the support of our volunteers, donors, and community partners, we aim to significantly expand our reach and deepen our impact in the communities that need it most.

Expand to 12+ GTA Communities

Broadening our service area to reach more neighbourhoods in need.

Double Food Hamper Distribution

Targeting 1,000+ hampers in our second year of operations.

Launch Youth Volunteer Program

Engaging young leaders and creating mentorship opportunities within CRN.

Build Corporate Partnerships

Securing sustainable funding through long-term business relationships.
