From food relief to companionship for the elderly, every program is designed to meet the real needs of our neighbours.
Distribution of food hampers and grocery essentials to families and individuals experiencing food insecurity. Hampers include culturally appropriate, nutritious items sourced through partnerships with local grocery stores and food banks.
Assembly and distribution of hygiene kits to women and girls experiencing period poverty — distributed through shelters, community centres, and schools.
Regular block parties, seasonal celebrations, shared meals, resource fairs, and wellness check-ins. All events are free and open to the public.
Home visits, meal deliveries, companionship programs, and invitations to community events for elderly and isolated residents.
Direct support through meal distribution, hygiene kits, warm clothing drives, and referral partnerships with local shelters.
